At all of Duke health, inclusive of and beyond Duke Primary Care, we have video bios online for all new providers along with their patient experience ratings. Anecdotally, this has been something patients have valued. All the videos are linked on our personal pages, but also uploaded on YouTube and many have hundreds of views.

We do not currently do this. We did a whole project a few years ago to look into this, and the efforts were instead focused more on having consistent bio information, updating it with some regularity, and efforts around consistent and updated photos.
