Please pay the registration fee with a credit card at the link below. The registration fee you owe is found at the bottom of your registration confirmation email.

Instructions:

1) click on link above and then the "I Want to Attend" button.

2) click on the $750 prime rate or $1500 standard rate, notated at the bottom of your registration email.

3) enter your contact and credit card information into the secure Henry Ford Health payment site.

PLEASE NOTE:  

Be sure to enter the email address of the person who needs the payment receipt from Henry Ford Hospital. The automated receipt email subject line will be "Order Confirmation." The charge on your credit card statement will appear from "Henry Ford Hospital."

If your credit card information is not accepted, the possible cause may be that the zip code entered into the HFH form does not match the billing zip code associated with the credit card.
