The registration fee per attendee is $750 for Conference Prime member group attendees and $1500 for all other member group attendees. All attendee and significant other meals are included in this fee. The fee is fully refundable through the conference start date, to encourage participant cancellation if experiencing symptoms of illness. Email Lindsay at lgiese2@hfhs.org to cancel.

The group rate of $224 per night is available at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel for the nights of April 26 – May 4, 2025. The room reservation cut-off date is April 8, 2025. Email Lindsay if you have any difficulty making a reservation at the group rate.
